At the Postive Fitness Sports Performance Studio, our program not only challenges athletes physically, but also builds a foundation for success at each level of development.

This well-rounded program for athletes implements a safe, competitive, fun, and educational training prescription to allow the young, serious athlete to improve his/her overall athletic performance. For long-term athletic development, this program's strategy incorporates the four key factors of Sports Performance:

Our small group environment promotes camaraderie and spirited competition, but more importantly focuses on the athletes' overall physical development and performance improvement. Being in this type of atmosphere athletes develop responsibility, cooperation and respect for themselves and others.

Program Highlights

Four key factors for Sports Performance, these educational components are seamlessly integrated into the training:

Conditioning - proper conditioning to improve work capacity
Flexibility - restore/maintain healthy function of soft tissue and joints
Speed - skills to maximize movement efficiency through 360°
Strength - training throughout the spectrum of strength qualities for sport


Athletes will train in a group setting.

Programs progress from simple to more advanced.

Our goal is to decrease the potential for injury for our athletes.

Pre-hab components incorporated into the training are to improve the following:

Hip and ankle stability
Shoulder Stability
Posture
Core strength and stability
Balance and Proprioception

Q) What makes the Positive Fitness Sports Peformance Studio different from other facilities?

A) There are several reasons why our devoted athletes come back to us:

1) To be an athlete, one must not only play a sport but also learn to develop athleticism. This can be achieved through proper movement training. In fact, faulty movement patterns as a result of the stress of competition can lead to injury. Positive Fitness Sports Performance athletes learn a foundation of proper movement patterns that allow them to transition to a higher level of training and build upon a foundation of strength and power.

2) Athleticism is a combination of strength, power, coordination, flexibility, balance, agility and reactive ability. the athlete will run faster, jump higher, kick harder, throw further, cut quicker and hit harder if these attributes are properly addressed. Only an experienced Sports Performance coach has the ability to deliver the elements that develop athleticism. The Positive Fitness Sports Performance coach, and his/her commitment to the youth athletes is what makes US truly unique.

A) We at the Sports Performance Studio takes pride in working with teams and athletes to complement and execute team-specified work. We have dedicated ourselves to meeting both the team's and athlete's goals. We are a highly credible hands-on outsource to the teams.
